Mario was amazing! He was very responsive via text and gave accurate times on when he would be able to come. It was super convenient for him to be able to come to my work to get my tire repaired as I work a pretty difficult schedule for traditional 9-5 shops. I thought the price was fair for the service (and I appreciate that it was discussed up front). Also a very nice guy. Hope I don’t get another flat but I would definitely use his service again. Called them today for my wife. She had a flat tire on highway near Richmond , he literally showed up 10 minutes after i called , brought a new tire and changed it for a low price in 15 minutes, she was impressed. Definitely recommend working with this company

These guy are the BEST! Fast, honest, reliable. I was stranded with rear flat tire in Berkeley late at night with my family. I called so many places but they showed no care or urgency and were charging ridiculous prices because they knew I was stuck. But Mario came to the rescue, had all the right tools, changed my tire really fast, and charged a very fair price. The best part? He checked my other tires for safety and found that my other rear tire was also stripping away, took it off to show me, and he was right! If I kept driving I could’ve had another flat on my way to Sacramento. So I had him replace that one too. They serve all of the Bay Area so I recommend you guys to call them for your tire needs! 10/10 experience!

Mario and his lovely wife were such a pleasure to work with. They were communicative about ETA, and showed up within 45 minutes of my call for service. I didn’t want to use my cars sealant canister just to drive a short distance to get a tire patch, I figured I’d save it for a less convenient tire issue than this one in my driveway. Mario quoted me $60 for a patch job which was great. (He doesn’t plug tires, only patches them citing permanence.) They arrived and got right to work and were done so quickly that I was surprised. I delayed them a bit not having my tire kit out when they arrived but they finished in 10 minutes anyhow and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s nice to support a local Richmond family, their mobile service definitely saved me an hour of time. You should give them a try. Additionally I wanted to mention that the husband/wife team aspect was reassuring, it made me feel that female customers are in good hands with another woman running the biz! (Mario sad she’s his boss AND his wife 😁)

Mario is wonderful, my tire was flat, worried that I can’t take my kids to school the next day, went on google and hoping to find a place that open so I can take my van in and get it fixed on a Sunday, and what’s even better was…I found Primo mobile and Repairs, he came to my house, I got my tires change in 10mins. It’s fast, it convenient, Mario is super nice friendly, very passionate about his job, even taught me how to check the air tires pressure, great serviced highly recommended 👍🏻 thank you Mario and your lovely wife. You guys are amazing!
